Ethnic Festival
What: Union Settlement’s annual Ethnic Festival is a celebration of East Harlem. It spans an entire block on East 104th Street and features dozens of performers, booths, activities, food and drink.
Goal: For the 27th annual festival, we were tasked with creating a new logo and developing new signage, advertising and swag.
Notable: Union Settlement was planning to rename the festival the following year but chose not to, based on the success of our rebrand design. They loved the new logo and found that our grid system of illustrations made it easy for the in-house team to re-purpose layouts for different materials without compromising quality.
